Zorvynexueshariu provides service-based exercise and wellness programmes for office environments. As our core offerings are delivered as professional services — including live sessions, digital content packs, and consultation — rather than physical goods, standard retail return terms do not apply directly. Instead, this policy sets out our approach to cancellations, refunds, and service amendments.
2. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where a contract is entered into for a service, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of the date the agreement was made, without giving any reason. This right applies to individual purchasers and small business clients entering into service agreements.
If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day period by contacting us via our Contact page or at the address detailed below. If sessions or deliverables have already been commenced at your request within this period, a proportionate charge may apply for work already completed.
3. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period
For ongoing monthly or rolling programmes (such as the Active Desk Starter Pack or Professional Wellness Plan), either party may cancel the agreement with a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the current active month if services have already been delivered within that period.
For Enterprise agreements, cancellation terms are stipulated in the individual service contract agreed at the point of onboarding. These typically require a 60-day notice period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Where a service could not be delivered due to circumstances within our control, for example a technical failure that prevented a scheduled live session from taking place without an adequate rescheduled alternative being offered.
- Where a service was charged for but not delivered in full — for example, if a programme period was paid upfront and we were unable to deliver the remaining sessions.
- Where a cancellation request is received within the 14-day cooling-off period and no services have yet commenced.
Refunds will not be issued in circumstances where the service was delivered as agreed and the client chooses not to participate in scheduled sessions, or where cancellation is requested after the cooling-off period without a qualifying reason.
5. Service Amendments and Rescheduling
We understand that business circumstances change. Where possible, we are happy to reschedule individual sessions or amend programme delivery dates with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated and the session may be recorded as delivered.
Significant amendments to programme scope or delivery format must be agreed in writing between both parties and may affect pricing.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or wish to raise a concern about a charge, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. In the first instance, please email us via our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and provide a full response within 10 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the statutory provision shall take precedence.
